WP4 takes care of the monitoring and evaluation of the quality performance of all project activities. Monitoring and evaluation will be an integral part of the project to ensure that objectives are met in the most effective and efficient way possibleand that they address the needs of all project partners. Quantitative and qualitative performance indicators will be developed to provide quantifiable goals and to monitor the overall effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of the project. The results of the evaluation procedures may take different forms: grading, benchmarking, reports, etc. and they can be used for setting quality standards, incentives and, at an advanced stage, for assuring quality and for academic accreditation. An Evaluation Board (EB) will be created. The EB will monitor theimplementation of allproject tasks at each stage; it will develop evaluation criteria and will prepare both interim and end evaluation reports.

Main tasks:

- Developing the evaluation procedures.

- Internal evaluations of developed project materials and organised meetings.

- Data collection and crunching

- Writing of the scheduled evaluation reports (see deliverables)

- Organisation of virtual meetings of the Evaluation Board

Main milestones and Performance Indicators:

EB created

- Internal evaluation procedures and templates developed: questionnaires, etc.

- Evaluation reports on each SC and work meetings held by the project partnership

- Evaluation report on the methodological guide (see WP2)

- Evaluation report on the tool kit (see WP5)

- Evaluation of impact of case studies (see WP3)
