WP1 takes care of all financial and administrative issues and of the definition of a detailed long term project strategy. WP1 is responsible for the day-to-day project management and will provide a forum for communication and development of successful working practices between all partners at a sufficiently high managerial level. Apart from regular project management tasks, WP1 is also responsible for monitoring the project timing, performance, results and risk management.  

 Main tasks

- Contractual and financial management; book-keeping of the budget; financial statements; submission of interim and final reports to the EC 

- Participation to common activities coordinated by the European Commission and the consulting firm GHK (ECVET Seminars)

- Consortium steering committees
