CPV - Fondazione Giacomo Rumor Centro Produttività Veneto

CPV is an association promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza in collaboration with 4 other Chambers of Commerce (Verona, Venice, Padova and Treviso), as well as several Employers' Associations (the Industrial Association of Vicenza and the SME's Association). The Foundation’s main activities include informing companies, training corporate employees, managers and technicians, offering services for the development of start-up enterprises, services for technological innovation and patent rights. Annually, the Foundation implements over 450 projects with the participation of approximately 13,000 people. 

Its purpose is the promotion of productivity growth by the diffusion of knowledge and by stimulating the application of updated organisational techniques and new productive technologies. CPV develops promotional activities, mainly through Working Groups including representatives of various types of enterprises, subdivided into areas of interest.  

CPV has a great experience in Pilot Projects in the field of VET, particularly regarding ECVET and the accreditation of competences acquired through not formal and informal learning paths. Some of CPV's recent projects include student and trainer mobility initiatives; transfer of innovation projects on international entrepreneurship; and initiatives for quality assurance of international mobility and work placements.
CPV’s main task in BE-TWIN will be the coordination of WP3 when the methodology will be applied to real mobility programmes. It will use its experience in training and Mobility Projects and in Projects’ management, monitoring and assessment. During the dissemination phase (WP6), CPV will act in synergy with other partners mainly involving the Italian System of Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Handcraft and using its communications networks in the Veneto Region, in Italy and in Europe.
