EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE Materialisation of European educative programs. Some of these programs are: Equal, Phase II, “Sustainable Employability, Action for Tomorrow”: Development of a new category of professions: “sustainable professions” Target groups: women, unemployed, low-qualified, sensitive social groups Project aim: ensuring employability and timetable flexibility Project innovative aspect: promoting voluntarism and working for the social good Transnational partnerships: two partnerships uniting partners from France, Italy and Netherlands Equal, Phase II, Interactive Vocational Training Network “Heraclitus” Project aim: a. adaptation to new working conditions b. enhance professional competences through acquisition of new knowledge and skills c. promotion, dissemination and reinforcement of vocational training practices d. creation of a training model based on state of the art technologies to SMEs and to all enterprises of the tourist sector Beneficiaries: unemployed, personnel of SMEs mainly of the tourist sector Equal, Phase II, “Social Enterpreneurship”: Project objectives: a. reinsertion of persons over 45 years old facing work exclusion to the labor market b. development of new forms of approach, consulting and social entrepreneurship Project initiatives: a. development of small flexible cooperative enterprises in Attica municipalities b. promotion of social enterprises offering services in dynamic economy sectors capable for the development of social enterprises: eg. enterprises offering catering, cultural cafes, recycling companies, agricultural and alternative tourism organizations Joint project between France, Italy and Greece. Project Aim: the promotion of a system of transfer of European educative credits (VET-ECVET) This system brings together the professional competences and the cooperative enterprises of the services’ sector.
